Eligibility:

• Existing web support or bundled clients with a tenure of 1 year or more qualify for a flat-rate website redesign priced at $2500.
• Existing web hosting clients qualify for the $2500 flat rate redesign with an upgrade from monthly hosting to monthly web support (base price $150/month) with a year minimum commitment.
• Existing clients are entitled to a 50% discount on rates for new websites. The final quote will be determined by the project scope, with standard pricing starting at $7500.

Terms:

• Redesigns encompass all existing pages and functionality.
• The use of existing content, stock content, or newly provided client content for existing pages is included in the terms.
• Additional scope, such as new pages, graphics, and functionality, will be quoted separately.
• Any additional requested functionality must be clearly stated upfront to prevent project delays and may incur additional costs.
• License fees for plugins are included only if specified in the original contract.  In the case that an existing plugin can no longer be used, CFC will replace it with a plugin of equal value and functionality.
• This promotion does not affect existing retainer contracts, which will remain under the terms of the active contract.

Availability:

• Only a maximum of two projects per week will be accepted at these rates, so prompt action is advised.
• Rates are valid until January 31st, 2024.
• Clients must sign a contract and pay a deposit before January 31st to secure their spot at these special rates.
