Quick Tips
A few tips on putting in tickets:
Be as descriptive with your issue as you possibly can...
If possible, include screenshots of your issue, screenshots are extremely helpful in replicating and solving your issue.
If you are sending us content, please keep in mind upload limitations to your email.
For larger file sizes, we recommend sending us a file share link, such as dropbox or google drive.
For web issues, please give us as many details as possible.
Such as what type of device or browser you are viewing the issue on.
Please let us know if you have already tried anything to solve your issue...
So we have an idea of what works and what doesn’t before we start troubleshooting your issue.
All clients are welcome to send Helpdesk inquiries – please check your Statement of Work (Service Contract) to make sure CFC Support Services are included to avoid additional service fees. If support is not included in your contract, our team can give you a quote for the service requested. Answering questions and giving advice is always free.
